Meet Gabrielle

Since 2018, I have practiced interior design in Atlanta working with so many other talented designers, architects, and tradesmen. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and Business minor from Auburn University. Continuing to develop my design practice, I have projects in Atlanta as well as my hometown—Mobile, Alabama.

An internship and job offer with Harrison Design brought me to Atlanta. Five years later, I am still here, utilizing my design skills to give my clients construction drawings, cabinet designs, schematic designs and furnishings. When I am not helping my personal clients, I am working with many other designers in the Southeast, offering services through Technical Drawings, Schematic Design, and Project Management.

My goal is to help others by creating more functional, beautiful spaces and improve the quality of human life. I love meeting new people and exploring cities—especially ones with rich history, food, and architecture. I enjoy spending time with friends and family and find myself happiest when I’m on the water.

Personal Philosophy

I believe in optimism. I find that it is important to be optimistic with any new task thrown my way. How I react to a situation can affect my entire day, as well as others I am around. Along with positivity, I also believe that everything happens for a reason, whether good or bad, and that we should take a step back, reflect, and look for the silver lining. I think, ”How can I use this moment to improve or grow?” I use this point of view in all aspects of my life, whether through work, relationships, or any conflicts I may come across. I find it is important to keep this perspective in order to maintain a happy, healthy mindset as we navigate our lives.

Design Philosophy

I believe in the power of design. I believe it has the power to heal, to energize, to make life more enjoyable, and to improve the quality of life for all people. Interior design affects people every day, whether they realize it or not. This is why it has become such a passion of mine. I have a special affinity for biophilia, believing nature is the best medicine and should always be included in design. I especially love when I can connect interiors and exteriors—blending the line with the outdoors.

I believe design should work effortlessly for the client and suit the needs of every day life. The spaces should feel warm and inviting. Design should make the clients feel more fulfilled within their spaces, not only aesthetically, but also functionally, letting them live a more vibrant life.
